As we gather with our family and friends this week, thank you for letting us count you among them. We're all in YAVA for similar reasons-to meet people, to give back, for a sense of community. We wish all of you a happy holiday filled with pie and turkey (or tofurkey, depending).

Thanks to everyone that helped this past weekend. We mulched two playgrounds in Charlestown--beautifying public space that hadn't gotten much love in a few years.
Special thanks to the future YAVA member, see right, who did his part, and to the people that came out to show their support for our work. Later that night it was off to Felt for a volunteering celebration. While the Sox couldn't deliver, all of you that attended confirmed that YAVA parties are always a hit!
